The Change One diet recommends that I write down what I eat in my online journal. Why? To record what you eat. Sometimes you may pop an extra piece candy or slice of bread and then later wonder why you’re not losing weight. A journal reminds you of your good habits and your bad habits. Also, you can go back and review favorite foods that you particularly liked or weeks where you were more successful than others. You will also be able to review and monitor progress and challenges. Do I have to exercise on the Change One diet? Yes. Moderate exercise makes weight loss easier. With exercise you will improve self-esteem, have more energy, and develop good habits that make your weight loss easier to maintain. I rarely get any support from my family when I’m on a diet.
